Terms & Conditions
• Risks and Benefits: While both ThetaHealing® and EFT are considered to be gentle and non-invasive Energy Healing modalities, it is possible that clients will experience some emotional or physical discomfort during sessions related to recalling stressful experiences they had earlier in life. If the client experiences any discomfort or distress, they agree to inform Jill Raschka/Bloom Energy Healing immediately. These will be addressed and the decision as to whether or not to continue the session will be made jointly by Jill Raschka and the client, who takes full responsibility for the expression of and care for their well-being throughout and after the session. If appropriate, Jill Raschka can help with referrals to other health care professionals, including but not limited to medical doctors and/or psychotherapists. Some discomfort may be felt after or in between sessions, such as dizziness/lightheadedness, a feeling of floating, and/ or an awareness of new symptoms that have come to the surface. These normally fade within a few hours or after a night or two of sleep. If they continue for more than 24 hours after the session, the client agrees to inform Jill Raschka/Bloom Energy Healing and/or to consult the appropriate medical/clinical professional. The vast majority of clients report feeling clearer, lighter, more focussed during and by the end of a session.
• Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Clients will be sent a reminder email or text message within 48h of their scheduled session time. Clients will be charged a cancellation fee for the full amount of the session if they cancel or re-schedule within 24h of their scheduled appointment time. No-shows will be charged the full amount. If the client has not confirmed their attendance within 24h or their session time/ date, Bloom Energy Healing reserves the right to reschedule them.
• Late Arrival to Session: Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period for late arrival from the beginning of the scheduled session time/date and will be considered a no-show once this period has expired. The full session fee will be charged. If you are running late, please call/text or email to let me know. You will be accommodated within the 10 minute grace period.
• Refunds: No refunds will be processed once a session has been completed. Pre-paid amounts will be refunded upon receipt of written request of cancellation by 24h of the session start time/date. No refunds will be issued within 24h of the session start time/date.
• Client Responsibilities: You, the client, have stated all your known conditions and will keep Jill Raschka/Bloom Energy Healing updated on your health in future sessions, especially regarding, but not limited to, physical or emotional trauma, including injuries, illness, or psychological conditions. If you have any questions about your health, you will consult your physician/medical professional and take responsibility for your own health and well-being. You understand that you are always in control of your sessions and you may stop a session at any time.
In scheduling a session or session package with Bloom Energy Healing, the client agrees to all Terms and Conditions of Service, including the Disclaimer, as detailed above.
