I'm a certified practitioner in Toronto, specializing in emotional healing. I support those struggling with trust, compassion fatigue, and more. My tools, ThetaHealing® and EFT/Tapping, have guided me successfully through personal and professional challenges. My goal is to help you process emotional pain and foster self-trust and joy.

  • EFT/Tapping is a scientifically validated technique that helps alleviate anxiety, depression, trauma, and physical pain. By tapping on specific acupoints while recalling distressing memories, it calms the nervous system and provides relief. This process allows access to the subconscious mind, offering new perspectives and solutions. EFT/Tapping has been proven to provide fast and long-lasting relief.

  • EFT/Tapping is especially useful for individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, PTSD, physical pain/discomfort, phobias, cravings, and unwanted behaviors.

    EFT/Tapping helps calm the nervous system and provides access to the subconscious mind, offering relief and new perspectives. It can be particularly beneficial for those seeking fast and long-lasting relief and healing.

  • ThetaHealing primarily works with changing subconscious beliefs through meditation and visualization, while EFT/Tapping works with the body's energy system to address emotional and physical issues through tapping on specific points.

  • Take a moment to think over what you would like to work on. I will lead as we explore the issue, pinpointing how it has created hidden blocks and hindered your progress through gentle and directive questioning. If you are not sure what you would like to work on, ask yourself, “If I could change anything in my life right now, what would it be?" Holding an intention of openness and readiness for positive change and healing will lead to a deeper experience.

ThetaHealing®

  • ThetaHealing® offers a calm and relaxed way to recognize and integrate unconscious limiting beliefs. This process can dissolve these beliefs, leading to wisdom, inner strength, and new coping mechanisms. Clients can understand how self-sabotaging beliefs formed and benefit from them, and release old behaviors and thought patterns with compassion. ThetaHealing® helps introduce healthy beliefs, leading to a more centered and wise self. Results can be seen in one session, with more sessions recommended based on belief system complexity.

  • ThetaHealing® can benefit individuals who have unconscious limiting beliefs and are seeking to understand and integrate these beliefs into their conscious awareness. It is also helpful for people who feel stuck in self-sabotaging patterns or behaviors and are looking for a way to release these patterns and adopt new, more productive coping mechanisms. Clients understand how and why self-sabotaging beliefs formed in the first place and then release them, as well as old behaviors and thought patterns, with compassion.

  • Expect to be welcomed to a calm, gentle, and safe space where you can be yourself. We will take a few moments to discuss what you would like to work on/accomplish. If you are unsure as to what this might be, we will move toward what comes up organically as we begin talking. Sessions often have a meditative feel, and include intuitive messaging and guidance. I will have my eyes closed throughout, and I suggest the client do the same, so as to limit distraction and achieve as much connection to your inner world as possible.
