ThetaHealing® offers a calm and relaxed way to recognize and integrate unconscious limiting beliefs. This process can dissolve these beliefs, leading to wisdom, inner strength, and new coping mechanisms. Clients can understand how self-sabotaging beliefs formed and benefit from them, and release old behaviors and thought patterns with compassion. ThetaHealing® helps introduce healthy beliefs, leading to a more centered and wise self. Results can be seen in one session, with more sessions recommended based on belief system complexity.

ThetaHealing® can benefit individuals who have unconscious limiting beliefs and are seeking to understand and integrate these beliefs into their conscious awareness. It is also helpful for people who feel stuck in self-sabotaging patterns or behaviors and are looking for a way to release these patterns and adopt new, more productive coping mechanisms. Clients understand how and why self-sabotaging beliefs formed in the first place and then release them, as well as old behaviors and thought patterns, with compassion.

Expect to be welcomed to a calm, gentle, and safe space where you can be yourself. We will take a few moments to discuss what you would like to work on/accomplish. If you are unsure as to what this might be, we will move toward what comes up organically as we begin talking. Sessions often have a meditative feel, and include intuitive messaging and guidance. I will have my eyes closed throughout, and I suggest the client do the same, so as to limit distraction and achieve as much connection to your inner world as possible.
